Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your silicone ring, you can return it for a refund or exchange within this time period.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Any product that has been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
